Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and offer beverages; check in and reflect appointment status.
• Check patients out and schedule next appointment; maintain schedule book.
• Direct visitors to appropriate personnel; conduct confirmation calls.
• Prepare new patient charts; organize files and maintain front desk supplies.
• Process payments; generate daily close reports and deposits.
