The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in Orlando is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. This full-time role includes check-in, check-out, chart prep, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The position requires excellent communication, strong computer skills, and the ability to handle referrals and insurance information. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with opportunities to work across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with patients.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and office software.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at check-in/check-out with a courteous, efficient approach.
• Enter appointment data accurately and verify insurance information and referrals.
• Answer phones, schedule visits, and relay messages to clinical staff.
• Assist front desk staff across all locations as needed and maintain a welcoming reception area.
