The full-time role requires MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and basic math; no night shifts or holidays. Compensation ranges from $15.75 to $18.90 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency including Excel and ability to write routine reports.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
• Follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Problem solve with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and offer beverages; assist with check-in and scheduling.
• Check patients in/out; ensure appointment status is reflected in the schedule.
• Maintain the schedule book and organize file systems.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff; conduct confirmation calls.
• Prepare new patient charts and maintain front office supplies.
• Process payments and print daily close-out reports.
• Deposit cash/cheques as part of daily finances.
