Advantage Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Lexington, KY is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first face and voice of the clinic. You will greet patients, manage the schedule, and support therapists to keep patient care flowing.

The ideal candidate has front desk or medical office experience, knows insurance verification and authorizations, and is proficient with EHR/practice management software.

Competenze

• Front desk, medical office, or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and medical terminology.
• Experience with EHR/practice management software.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-first attitude.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and create a warm, professional check-in experience.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the daily schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits and collect copays and patient balances.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and referral/authorization paperwork.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in our EHR system.
• Coordinate with physicians' offices, insurance companies, and our billing team.
• Reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive reminders and rescheduling.
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked.
