Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist. You will be the first voice and face for patients, delivering a warm, organized experience from the first call through every visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or patient-facing experience.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Clear communication on phone with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn scheduling software.
• No medical experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors and referrals.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and explain next steps.
• Keep patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays and payments accurately with basic tracking.
