You will manage pre-visit planning, check-in, check-out, and post-visit follow-up while safeguarding patient information and ensuring a smooth patient journey.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer-facing roles and proficiency with scheduling systems and office software. Fluency in English is required; bilingual Spanish or Creole is preferred.
