• Knowledge of medical office procedures and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, triage calls, take messages, and provide information.
• Support patients and medical staff with front-desk tasks.
• Schedule appointments and admissions; prepare patient charts.
• Update patient records in the EHR system and maintain files.
• Greet and register patients, verify information, and collect referrals as needed.
• Coordinate and reschedule appointments; balance copays and receipts.
