Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a seamless front-office experience. The role collaborates with clinic teams and supports revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities include handling patient registration, educating on financial responsibilities, and using EMR systems to track outcomes and improve processes. Strong customer service and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare administration or patient intake is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration including demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy, insurance verification, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track patient outcomes and support improvement.
• Coordinate communication of patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Organize patient milestone celebrations and community-building activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training programs.
• Lead activities with clinical team and provide Rehab Aide cross training.
