The role collaborates with the clinic manager and clinical teams to provide a seamless patient experience, maintain data integrity, and support revenue cycle performance.

Responsibilities include patient intake, eligibility checks, education on payments, and accurate data entry. The position supports a positive, compliant environment in a busy clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front‑office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, including demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities, payment options, and digital tools to improve transparency.
• Collect time‑of‑service payments and meet established collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
