Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare ops experience preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or patient service settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and greeting/check-in-out for patients.
• Prepare schedules, ensure paperwork and demographics are accurate.
• Provide high-quality patient service in person and via telehealth.
• Assist patients with portal access, billing questions, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to optimize patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming office environment.
