• 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: foster a positive work environment and support engagement.
• Schedule prep for patients ensuring paperwork is complete and demographics are accurate.
• General office duties and office upkeep to keep the practice ready for patients and clinicians.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support patient care and clinician satisfaction.
