Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and EMRs; HIPAA familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Front desk coordination and patient check-in/out.
• Schedule management for in-person and telehealth visits.
• Assist patients with billing questions and payments.
• Coordinate with clinicians for appointment accuracy.
• Ensure paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment.
