Job summary

Responsibilities include educating patients on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and coordinating with Billing and PES to address complex issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience with welcoming interactions.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration and verify insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and support revenue cycle performance.
