HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a friendly, compassionate culinary team leader at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital to ensure food quality, service, safety, and sanitation for patients while guiding a patient ambassador team toward a hospitality-centered, guest-first environment.

This full-time role requires 50–55 hours per week and offers paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, EAP, and ongoing career development.

Formación

• Experience managing a team and in customer service.
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Must obtain or have Serve Safe certification or equivalent.
• Big Plus: Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian, or Licensed Dietitian.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect
• Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, and development
• Perform daily inspections, patient rounding, assessments, coaching, and counsel team members
• Provide education to patients, families, nursing, food service, and other facility staff on nutritional needs
• Coordinate and evaluate food service standards to ensure patient satisfaction and nourishment
• Take action and provide excellent customer service to correct any issues that occur
• Implement, manage, and maintain the patient ambassador program for high-quality service
• Collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals
• Stays informed on patient satisfaction updates, current trends
• Participates in departmental meetings and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
• Participates in patient experience workshops and projects led by the organizations
