Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Detail oriented and good math/writing/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient identity to comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Analyze patient balances and review services billed.
• Identify customer concerns and assist with resolutions with other departments.
• Answer all incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and internal/external customers.
• Process, document and work all incoming patient mail within 7–10 days.
