Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Patient Access professional in Miami to coordinate patient flow and answer inquiries with compassion. You will work to ensure accurate processing, understand pricing, and help patients navigate financial assistance options.

The role requires basic medical terminology knowledge, high-volume experience, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish/Creole. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Patient Access training course.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, and Medicare rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing.
• Maintain knowledge of Baptist Health pricing and financial assistance.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to patients and families.
• Assist with general patient access inquiries and documentation.
