Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Revenue Codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient identity to HIPAA compliance and review balances.
• Analyze services billed and identify related adjustments.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments.
• Answer calls from patients, attorneys and other stakeholders.
• Process and document patient mail within 7–10 days.
