Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Experience Manager to oversee patient experience activities across the assigned system. You will coordinate initiatives, administer surveys, and liaise with hospital leadership to improve satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent; 4 year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient experience activities within the assigned system.
• Monitors and negotiates patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
• Administers client surveys and responds timely and effectively.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, JCAHO and regulatory requirements.
