Qualifications

• CPR certification prior to hire.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work at multiple locations and travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients, customers and visitors in person and by phone.
• Register patients in various systems and verify information.
• Answer calls professionally and manage inquiries.
• Collect payments for time-of-service patient responsibility when applicable.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization as needed.
• Provide preliminary and post-procedure instructions and assist with patient transport when necessary.
