Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and prefer prior medical office experience. This on-site role in Paramus, NJ offers a stable schedule, with alternating Fridays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Answer and route phone calls professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments for NexGen services.
• Assist with patient intake and collect insurance information.
• Update and maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Collect copayments.
• Collaborate with medical staff for seamless patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems such as eCW.
