Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior secretarial and reception services to the doctor, patients, and staff.
• Enter, maintain, and report medical history in the EMR system.
• Update patient files; ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Greet, check in, and check out patients; inform staff of arrivals.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and instruments.
• Schedule appointments; follow up on no-call no-shows; discharge patients.
• Answer inbound calls; greet vendors and set vendor appointments.
• Convey messages in writing, electronically, and verbally.
• Maintain physicians’ calendars; prepare notes and letters.
• Scan, file, and fax documents; sort mail.
• Liaise with patients, referrals, practitioners, and families with compassion.
