Ivy Rehab for Kids, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Anderson Township, OH. This full-time role supports clinicians by greeting patients, scheduling, handling calls, verifying insurance, and processing payments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The position emphasizes excellent patient service, teamwork, and opportunities for growth in a rewarding healthcare environment within Ivy Rehab’s network.

Competenze

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow, focused on delivering quality patient care.

Mansioni

• Greet and check-in patients and verify insurance coverage.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments and process patient billing.
• Enter and update patient information and new patient processing.
• Help maintain clinic operations and support staff to ensure patient care quality.
