Ivy Rehab for Kids in Bloomington, IL seeks a Patient Coordinator to join our clinics. This full-time role partners with clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care and world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations
• Adaptable with a positive attitude to fluctuating workloads
• Eager to learn and grow in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; schedule appointments
