Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You'll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
