Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front-office operations and patient interactions. You will join a four-week training program designed to set you up for success in a fast-paced dental practice.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling payments, deposits, and deposits reconciliation, while delivering compassionate service and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
