Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our team in the United States. You will support front-office duties, schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments, all during a four-week training program designed to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks as assigned by the Manager.
