Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our front-office team. You will deliver outstanding patient service, manage scheduling, verify insurance, and support the Manager with daily tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
