Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in a front-office capacity. You will schedule patient appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits while delivering compassionate service that supports patient trust and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
