Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team in a full-time role. You will deliver exceptional patient service, manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, while supporting a four-week comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
