Qualifications

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, and regulations.
• Organized front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and organizing charts while verifying insurance and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage day-to-day front office duties.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with patient intake and maintain accurate charts and records.
• Support the Manager with daily operations as needed.
