Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) in San Antonio, TX. You will perform daily front office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and help create a welcoming patient experience.

The four-week training prepares you to provide compassionate service and build trust with patients. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
