Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in a hands-on front office role in the clinic. You will be part of a four-week training program to help you succeed and thrive in a busy patient-facing environment.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, handle daily scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Organized and detail oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
