Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator, delivering top-front-office service and supporting patients throughout their visits.

You will report to the Manager, participate in a four-week training program, and perform scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection to build trust and lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in front-office tasks.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
