Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front desk team and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dental practice. You will participate in a four-week training program to quickly become proficient in scheduling, insurance verification, and payment processing.

As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, balance deposits, manage patient charts, and support the overall patient experience with a friendly, organized approach in a collaborative

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and organization.
Must be 18 years or older.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
