Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator, or Patient Experience Coordinator as we call it, to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
