Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team in Pittsfield, MA. You will participate in a four-week training program to master patient services, scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection.

You will report to the Manager and help foster trust and loyalty by delivering compassionate, procedural care and efficient administrative support in a busy dental office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform daily front office tasks to support managers and create positive patient impressions.
