Job summary

Aspen Dental is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You’ll report to the Manager and handle scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection, helping create a positive patient first impression.

During a four-week training program, you’ll learn our standards, policies, and procedures to deliver outstanding patient service with compassion and care, while supporting the practice’s goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
