Job summary

Aspen Dental Group in North Myrtle Beach, SC, is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will participate in a four-week training program to master patient interactions and schedules, ensuring a smooth daily workflow and positive patient impressions.

You will provide compassionate service, verify insurance, balance deposits, and support daily operations while upholding company policies and dental board standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
