Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will support patients, manage schedules, verify insurance, and help maintain accurate records in a busy practice. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
