Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage front-office tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and balance deposits. You will participate in a four-week training program to ensure you succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
