Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver a seamless front-office experience, manage patient intake and financial clearance, and support the revenue cycle. You will work closely with clinicians and PES for smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare admin, strong MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of insurance verification and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure access aligns with standards.
