Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team in Nashville. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients during visits.

The role includes scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection; you will participate in a four-week training program and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment that values service and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
