Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to oversee front office operations and deliver exceptional patient service. You will report to the Manager, participate in a four-week training, and help schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to build trust and loyalty with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
