Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and help with payment processing to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will participate in a four-week training program and provide compassionate patient service in line with policies, regulations, and dental board standards. This role reports to the Manager and offers a path to professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.
