Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front desk operations, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and help create a welcoming patient experience. You'll complete a four-week training program and report to the Practice Manager, contributing to a professional, patient-first environment.

The role is full-time with a competitive hourly rate and a benefits package including PTO, health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with matching and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
