You will report to the Manager, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and help create a welcoming patient experience. Aspen Dental offers competitive pay and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
