Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office tasks and help create positive patient experiences. You will participate in a four-week training program and report to the Office Manager.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and assist patients with the billing and scheduling process. Aspen Dental offers competitive pay and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with daily front office duties as assigned by the Manager.
