Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Patient Experience Coordinator) to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role, providing compassionate patient service and coordinating appointments, charts, and payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
