Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and trust with patients. A four-week training program supports you to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management and organizational abilities.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
