Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front desk operations, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle deposits, reporting to the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
